Essentials of School Leadership
A 10-hour long self-paced course with both synchronous and asynchronous modes. The objective of this course is to sensitize you to the nuances of leadership and management.
This course consists of eight recorded asynchronous sessions, which will give you some Theory and push you to some practice through a set of carefully designed case studies.
In this course, we attempt to force you to think, apply the knowledge and then look back and implement them in your own system. You cannot manage that effectively what you cannot do yourself. The practice of leadership and management begins with leading and managing the self.
In this introductory course, participants will explore strategies for leading in a changing world where adaptive pressures will continue to challenge all of us. They will discover new ways to approach complex organizational systems and take thoughtful action on the work we all face ahead. Most importantly, participants will reflect on how to move forward on the leadership challenges they care about most.
